A. Yes, the Vita Vibe WBV plugs into any standard household 15A outlet. Users outside North America, please contact us for different power options.

A. We have 3 sizes to choose from. The V23 is our smallest platform and only requires about 2 square feet for standing use. If you plan to use it, or our other sizes for yoga and sports exercises we would suggest a clear area of about 5’ x 7’.

A. Very little noise is produced due to its sealed design and insulated factors.

A. No assembly is required. It is fully assembled and ready to use. If you order the optional handrail, this will require mounting, but it is a very simple 4 screw process.

A. Any solid level indoor floor surface is fine. It should be placed so that the power cord does not produce a trip hazard and you have plenty of space around the perimeters. Do not place it in wet locations.

A. No. The Vita Vibe platforms are maintenance free. The only item that may need replacing, if abused, is the platform mat. A replacement mat may be purchased for a nominal fee and is easily changed.

A. Accessories may be purchased from your local Vita Vibe retailer or you may purchase them direct from Vita Vibe’s website.

A.  Typically one 10 minute session per day, 3 to 5 days per week. Beginners usually start off at a lower frequency (speed) level, 3 to 4 days per week, while experienced users will use a higher frequency (speed) level, 4 to 5 days per week. This mainly depends on the overall fitness of the user.
